Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. What should I do if my Bea BeautyBox Mini Facial Steamer does not work? Attempt to charge your device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that: • The USB plug is firmly plugged into the socket (back circle). • The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket. Please use the following cleansing instructions: Wash the surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with alcohol and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Allow the device to air-dry. Bea BeautyBox Facial Inquiries When will I notice the benefits of the steamer? We recommend using your handset twice a week for six-eight weeks to reduce acne, dry skin and feel the moisture within your skin. Is facial steam good for your skin? When steam is applied to the face, steam opens your pores and helps loosen any buildup of dirt for a deeper cleanse. Opening your pores can soften blackheads, making them easier to remove and reduce acne. How to get the best results from a facial steamer? 1. Clean your face. Removing makeup and then using a facial steamer on a clean face brings out the best results. 2. Load the steamer with distilled water. Tap water may contain some harmful chemicals which could affect your skin negatively. Moreover, distilled water will also keep your kit clean and prevent damage. 3. Steam your face for no more than 10 minutes, per day. How frequently should one steam their face? No more than twice a week. Do’s and Don'ts Do's 1. Clean the Bea BeautyBox Mini Facial Steamer after each use, keeping the hygiene in check to avoid any disruptive elements from encountering your face. 2. Remove any makeup that you might have on your face in order to achieve better results. 3. Post the steaming session, keep your skin hydrated for a longer period by using a moisturizer. Don'ts 1. Don't use tap water for it may contain harmful elements that could lead to causing more damage to your skin rather than benefiting it. 2. Don't leave the steamer as is once you are finished using it. Make sure to clean and keep it away from dust. Not only will this prevent odors, it will also keep mold away hence preventing any skin infections. 3. Don't use a steamer excessively; restrict the procedure to twice a week.
